1 on 1 Personal Training
To establish your current physical foundation, we begin with an overall body consultation. To start, your coach will conduct a body fat analysis and a movement analysis. This helps establish your workout routine and allows your coach to take note of any orthopedic issues you may have. After the analyses are complete, you and your coach will have an in depth focus session to discuss the fitness goals you have. Studies show that you are more likely to stay consistent at something if you have short and long term goals associated with it. The focus session also gives your coach a great opportunity to talk to you about how they plan on holding you accountable and helping you achieve those goals.

Prepare to SWEAT. This class is all about high intensity and getting your heart rate up. Using a unique blend of body weight and free weight exercises, this is 45 minutes of FAT BURNING.
